About the role:

As a Supplier Management Specialist, you will manage Supplier performance for planning, production, and on-time delivery. You will collaborate with Suppliers to monitor production and work with the material and production planning teams to ensure agreement between our needs and supplier plans to fill their commitments to us. You will report to the Senior Manager, Supplier Manufacturing Operations and work remote. 100% Remote role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote positive Supplier engagement with Westinghouse though application of manufacturing operations theory by using and imparting material management / SIOP principles to the supply base.

  • Ensure on time deliveries by increasing proactive habits with Suppliers

  • Lead the Supplier SIOP process, establishing capacity plans against current demand & understanding material requirements

  • Analyze logistics and operations and identify opportunities to improve results.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

  • 5+ years in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Quality, Program Management, or Materials Management with experience managing suppliers.

  • Certified Six-Sigma Green Belt, Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), Certified Production Inventory Management (CPIM) or equivalent experience.

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $76,400 to $95,500 per year.
