Northrop Grumman is seeking aLogisticsManagementAnalyst to join our team of qualified, diverse professionals. The qualified applicant will become part of Northrop Grumman's Integrated Battle Command System (IBCS)ProductSupport Team. IBCS provides Command/Control and Integrated Fire Control capabilities for a distributed Air and Missile Defense Enterprise. The primary responsibilities involve the efficient flow of goods, services, and information between points of origin through customer placement in order to meet customer requirements. In this role, theLogisticsManagementAnalyst will ensure thecreations andexecution of standard logistics processes including the replenishment system, data interchange systems, demand management, electronic data systems administration and related functionsareexecuted.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Theprimaryrole will be theCatalog Ordering Logistics Tracking System (COLTS)database administrator

  • Creating and maintainingCOLTS training and user manuals

  • Establish and maintainbusiness practicesthat ensure asset accountability and visibility

  • Laisse with government counterparts for physical sparing facilities at IBCS fielded locations

  • Support the inputs to inventory CDRLs

  • Serve as atechnicalconsultant to management regarding logistics policies, plans, and objectives

  • Provide oversightintospecializedtasks such aswork order management for field repairs by opening work orders for Field Service Representatives (FSR), updatingduring repair activitiesand cycles, and closing work orders at the completion of repair activities

  • Utilize available data to support predictiveanalysis for future sparing

  • Collects and reportstechnicaldata, metrics, and status of operations

  • Attendboards and meetings to track the disposition of materials

  • Provides specializedexpertise while operatinginformation management systems to maintain records and provide status and reporting

  • Represents the organization as a prime contact to customer counterpart

  • Develops anddeliverpresentations to program and customer leadership

Basic Qualifications:

  • Level 3 Minimum experience: 10 years with high school diploma or GED; 6 years with a Bachelor's degree; 4 years with a Masters

  • Understanding of the material replenishment systemand technical attributesof supply management

  • Minimum of10yearsof experienceas a database administrator

  • Must have an activeDepartment of Defense Secret securityclearance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced level knowledge of the COLTS database

  • IUIDcompliance,marking,and processes

  • Experience with the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE)

  • Experience providingrisk management and guidance

  • Minimum3 yearsofexperience with Microsoft Power Bi desktop

Primary Level Salary Range: $81,800.00 - $122,600.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
