  • Coordinate delivery schedules and yard operations
  • Support hiring, training, scheduling, and employee development

Safety & Asset Management
  • Promote and maintain a strong safety culture across all operations
  • Ensure compliance with safety policies, training, and injury management procedures
  • Lead investigations and follow-up for injuries and vehicle accidents
  • Manage fleet maintenance and repairs to maximize equipment uptime

Continuous Improvement
  • Identify and eliminate inefficiencies that impact employees and customers
  • Analyze operational performance data to identify root causes and improvement opportunities
  • Lead cross-functional discussions focused on improving delivery accuracy and efficiency
