In this role, you will provide specialist logistics support, fleet management expertise and leadership across complex defense programs. You will play a key role in analyzing, developing and implementing logistics plans that optimize product flow, inventory management and distribution performance, while ensuring the effective delivery of support outcomes for our customer.
Working closely with stakeholders across defense, industry partners and internal teams, you will contribute to governance, continuous improvement initiatives and the successful management of integrated logistics support activities.
This position offers the opportunity to apply your deep logistics expertise while mentoring team members and driving service excellence in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and support logistics and fleet management activities across defense programs.
• Analyze logistics data and develop plans to improve supply chain, inventory and distribution performance.
• Coordinate and manage monthly reporting requirements in accordance with customer timeframes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with defense stakeholders and program partners.
• Support governance, assurance and workforce management activities, including compliance and reporting requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics processes and service delivery.
• Review technical, contractual and operational information to identify provisioning, maintenance and support requirements.
• Monitor inventory and distribution activities to ensure delivery objectives are achieved.
• Provide mentoring, coaching and guidance to team members.
• Maintain a strong focus on quality, safety, risk management and customer satisfaction.
• Act as a trusted point of contact for customers and key stakeholders within your area of responsibility. Work Environment:

- Working Hours: Standard Required Qualifications: -Clearance Required: Active Secret clearance -Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience overall. Minimum 5 years' experience within Integrated Logistics Support (ILS), logistics engineering or a related logistics discipline.
-Minimum 5 years' experience supporting defense or a comparable technical industry.
-Strong knowledge of defense logistics management systems
-Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
-Experience leading, mentoring or supervising personnel.
-Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
