About the Opportunity
We are seeking organized and motivated individuals to join our team as Vacation Logistics Coordinators. In this role, you will assist with coordinating travel arrangements and organizing the logistics of vacation experiences to ensure trips are well-planned and run smoothly.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy travel, organization, and helping others plan memorable vacations. Vacation Logistics Coordinators use established booking platforms and travel resources to assist with reservations, itinerary coordination, and travel logistics.
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate vacation travel arrangements including flights, hotels, cruises, resorts, transportation, and vacation packages
  • Organize detailed travel itineraries to ensure all vacation components are accurately planned
  • Assist clients in selecting destinations and travel options that match their preferences and budgets
  • Communicate with travel suppliers and partners to confirm reservations and availability
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, confirmations, and client communications
  • Provide travelers with guidance on travel schedules, documentation requirements, and trip details
  • Support travelers with itinerary updates or travel-related questions before and during their trips
  • Stay informed on travel promotions, supplier updates, and destination information
