Job Summary

The Logistics Coordinator supports daily operations within the warehouse and repair department by ensuring efficient organization, accurate handling of shipments, and timely coordination of deliveries. This role plays a key part in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting repair workflows, and assisting with logistics planning both internally and with external vendors.
Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the repair department and warehouse team in maintaining organization and workflow efficiency
  • Receive, unpack, inspect, and properly store incoming shipments in designated warehouse bin locations
  • Prepare, pack, and label outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
  • Coordinate deliveries and pickups, including transporting items when required
  • Manage delivery and drop-off logistics for repair items to and from external vendors
  • Track shipments and ensure timely movement of goods between departments and locations
  • Assist with inventory organization and basic tracking as needed
  • Communicate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth logistics operations
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned by management
Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous warehouse, logistics, or shipping/receiving experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (if deliveries are required)
  • Forklift certification preferred
