Team members collaborate closely with clients and carriers to ensure shipments are handled efficiently and with a high level of service.

Role Description The Logistics Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Concord, NH. This position is responsible for planning, scheduling, and tracking shipments across various modes, ensuring on-time pickup and delivery. Day-to-day tasks include communicating with carriers and customers, updating shipment status in internal systems, and proactively resolving service issues or delays.
