About the Position

Logistics Sales Executives play a key role in managing transportation for customers in the ITS network. This position focuses on the procurement, management, service, and execution across multiple supply chains, ensuring goods move efficiently and reliably from origin to destination. Team members work closely with customers, carriers, and internal partners to deliver creative logistics solutions while maintaining service expectations.

Responsibilities include:

Capacity Procurement

  • Build relationships with carriers to secure transportation for customer shipments while monitoring deliveries and quickly resolving any issues that arise.
  • Negotiate rates with partnered carriers.
  • Screen and qualify carriers to ensure they meet ITS' standards for safety, reliability, and exceptional customer service.
  • Solve customer supply chain challenges in fast-paced environments.

Customer Service and Relationship Management

  • Maintain constant communication with customers to meet service expectations.
  • Build relationships with carriers to thoroughly execute on customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams and departments across the division to optimize all shipments in the ITS Network.

Transportation Management

  • Track all shipments consistently throughout transit to ensure on-time pickup and delivery.
  • Provide real-time updates to customers on the location of their goods.
  • Ensure excellent data integrity in all systems.
  • Efficiently pair shipments across the network and multiple teams to minimize cost.

About the Requirements

Experience

  • 0–8 years of professional experience preferred (entry-level position — we invest in your growth from day one).
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment strongly preferred.

Education
