Growing multi-entity organization is seeking a hands-on Controller to lead accounting, financial reporting, consolidations, treasury activities, and process improvement initiatives. This role offers significant visibility with executive leadership and the opportunity to help scale a growing business.

 

What You'll Do:

  • Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
  • Oversee multi-entity consolidations and GAAP financial reporting.
  • Manage banking relationships, borrowing base reporting, and letters of credit.
  • Drive ERP optimization and process improvements.
  • Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

7+ years of progressive accounting leadership experience.

  • Multi-entity accounting and consolidation expertise.
  • Experience with lender reporting, treasury, and ERP systems.
