We're looking for a forward-thinking Logistics Automation Manager to lead our logistics operations into the future. If you're passionate about automating processes, warehousing, leveraging technology, and best-in-class process improvement, we want to hear from you.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned):

Evolve with Team & Operations to best in class

Lead and coordinate all shipping and receiving activities and warehouse
Supervise packing, documentation, and verification of shipments
Train and schedule logistics team members; work closely with carriers
Automate and optimize logistics workflows using modern tools and systems
Improve scanning technology for real-time tracking
Optimize transportation methods and shipping costs
Manage indirect spend of shipping supplies and materials and etc.
Ensure timely and accurate movement of goods to storage and to support production
Resolve quality issues and work with supplier quality related to inbound and outbound shipments
Maintain compliance with import/export regulations
Collaborate with other departments in support of growth

Qualifications

Strong leadership and organizational skills

Experience with choosing, rollout and bettering WMS/Logistics/MES systems

Ability to manage cost-effective and efficient shipping strategies

Knowledge of ISO, AS9100, and Lean/6 Sigma - Strong Plus

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

7-10 years of logistics or warehouse experience

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience - A Plus

U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain security clearance
