Job description

Overview:

The Logistics Inbound Analyst is the role for optimizing and streamlining the supply chain and logistics operations of the company. The primary responsibility will be Mexico-origin inbound transportation management. It also will be to analyze and evaluate the entire logistics process and operation data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Analytical skills and attention to detail will be instrumental in ensuring smooth and timely movement of goods throughout the supply chain, minimizing delays and maximizing customer satisfaction.


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Primarily manage shipments originating from the Mexico factory and inter-warehouse transfers
  • Perform daily inbound shipment tracking and follow up on pending issues
  • Conduct freight invoice verification
  • Manage carrier performance and coordinate shipment execution
  • Communicate effectively with internal customers, the factory, warehouses, and carriers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize logistics and supply chain operations
  • Ensure shipment commitments are delivered as promised
  • Maintain accurate records and closely manage operational details

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Management or a related field of study
  • 0-2 years of Logistics experience
  • Some Supply Chain experience with international suppliers and carriers
  • Experience with MS Excel (Pivot Table & Lookup function)
  • Experience with SAP ERP or other logistics software is preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication and negotiation skills
  • Electronics logistics experience preferred
  • Highly detail-oriented and responsible
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to coordinate among multiple internal and external stakeholders
