Truckload Analyst - On-site - Riverview, FL

BlueGrace Logistics

Riverview, FL • On-site

Full-time

Job description

Job Summary

BlueGrace Logistics is one of the fastest-growing freight brokerages in the country. Backed by Warburg Pincus, we combine a high-performing carrier sales organization with a technology stack built to move freight smarter. The operation is complex, fast-moving, and constantly evolving.

The Role

We are looking for a Truckload Analyst to own the operational infrastructure behind our carrier sales floor. This is not a passive analytics role. You will manage the platforms our reps use every day, own vendor relationships with key technology partners, translate business problems into actionable IT requests, and keep reporting and training sharp across a large, distributed team. If you want to sit at the center of a modern freight brokerage and touch everything from automation platforms to commission processing to rep onboarding, this is the job.

What You'll Own

Systems Administration

  • Own admin for our carrier sales tech stack across multiple platforms
  • Manage user access, configurations, and troubleshooting
  • First point of contact when something breaks on the floor

Vendor Management

  • Own day-to-day relationships with key technology partners
  • Attend vendor meetings, track open items, and keep BlueGrace's priorities in front of our partners

IT Coordination

  • Serve as the bridge between carrier sales and IT
  • Intake and scope requests from the floor with enough context for developers to execute cleanly
  • Monitor the backlog and escalate blockers proactively

Training and Onboarding

  • Own new rep onboarding and platform training across all three offices
  • Build and maintain training materials for every new feature or tool rollout
  • Keep everything current, centralized, and accessible

Reporting and Monitoring

  • Own the carrier sales reporting suite covering load performance, rep productivity, system usage, and exception tracking
  • Flag issues before they become problems
  • Build new reports as the business evolves

Commissions Support

  • Support the commissions process every pay period
  • Catch errors before reps do and handle exceptions cleanly

Carrier Ownership and Repo

  • Process carrier ownership requests and maintain the assignment repo
  • Keep the process consistent and documented

SOPs and Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Own the carrier sales SOP library
  • Serve as the point of contact for other departments with operational questions

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
  • A logistics or freight background is strongly preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with hands-on proficiency in Excel, including the ability to build models, manipulate large datasets, and produce reports that drive decisions
  • Comfortable working with data from multiple systems and synthesizing it into a clear story for non-technical audiences
  • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple open workstreams without dropping anything
  • Curious, process-minded, and good at turning ambiguous problems into clean solutions
  • Clear communicator across rep, manager, vendor, and IT audiences

Why This Role

You will work directly with senior leadership. You will see how a scaled freight brokerage actually operates from the inside. And you will have the autonomy to improve the systems and processes you own rather than just maintain them.
