Perricone Juices, a leading citrus juice supplier located in Beaumont, CA, is seeking a Logistic Warehouse Manager to lead and optimize our logistics and warehouse operations. This is a fast-paced, hands-on management role offering long-term career stability, a competitive salary, and a full benefits package including Health, Vision, Dental, Life Insurance, and 401K.

Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000 salary

Shift / Hours: (1st Shift) Mon – Fri @ 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, possible Saturday (If needed))

The Logistic Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of logistics, warehousing, and distribution. This position plays a key role in driving operational excellence, optimizing inventory flow, managing personnel, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and food safety standards. The ideal candidate is a seasoned leader who thrives in dynamic environments, brings strong organizational skills, and understands the full logistics lifecycle from procurement through delivery.

Responsibilities:

Logistics & Transportation

  • Manage all transportation logistics, including scheduling, routing, and driver oversight.
  • Optimize freight and shipping strategies to reduce costs and improve delivery performance.
  • Ensure compliance with DOT, CHP, and other transportation regulations.
  • Analyze delivery expenses and implement cost-saving initiatives.
  • Work with Customer Service to secure competitive freight rates across all channels.

Warehouse Operations

  • Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory, and shipping.
  • Maintain high efficiency in space utilization, inventory accuracy, and on-time order fulfillment.
  • Implement and enforce operational procedures and safety standards.
  • Supervise, coach, and evaluate warehouse personnel, including warehouse leads and Class A drivers.
  • Train and develop staff to meet performance and safety goals.

Inventory & Systems Management

  • Monitor inventory levels and reconcile against WMS and ERP systems.
  • Manage stock control procedures and support accurate forecasting and planning.
  • Identify opportunities for inventory and workflow improvements.
  • Conduct KPI tracking and report regularly on productivity, accuracy, and timeliness.

Leadership & Compliance

  • Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and company safety and food safety regulations.
  • Support internal and external audits and maintain documentation for regulatory standards including HACCP, SQF, Non-GMO compliance.
  • Perform annual budget planning for logistics and warehouse functions.
  • Evaluate, discipline, and develop team members in alignment with HR and company policies.
  • Regularly inspect facilities, equipment, and vehicles for safety and maintenance needs.

Food Safety & Compliance Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with Food Safety and Quality Systems, including HACCP, SQF, FDA, and Non-GMO Supply Chain Standards.
  • Enforce company policies and standards in line with legal, environmental, and quality control regulations.

Reporting Structure:

  • Reports to: Operations Manager
  • Direct Reports:  Logistics Warehouse Supervisor

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain management.
  • Proven leadership experience managing warehouse and transportation teams.
  • Solid understanding of warehouse operations, inventory systems, and logistics software.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to implement process improvements.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance in food manufacturing (OSHA, FDA, DOT, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Working knowledge of KPIs and performance metrics.
