We're looking for a Field Operations Supervisor who can lead from the front, drive operational excellence, and ensure every project is executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.


About the Role

The Field Operations Supervisor is a critical leader responsible for the coordination, management, and successful delivery of on-site operations. From build to live operations to teardown, you'll own execution standards, jobsite culture, safety compliance, and team performance.

This role requires someone who can:

What You'll DoExecution Planning & Coordination
  • Develop detailed execution plans outlining staff responsibilities, workflows, and timelines 
  • Oversee install and teardown scheduling, equipment planning, logistics coordination, and outbound documentation
  • Review project scope and construction documents to ensure full understanding
  • Create schedules, crew lists, scope breakdowns, and jobsite work packets
  • Proactively identify risks and implement preventative strategies
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Resource Managers, Manufacturing, and Logistics teams
  • Ensure staffing changes are communicated within 24 hours
On-Site Leadership & Management
  • Lead field crews through build, live event, and teardown phases
  • Assign daily tasks and maintain clarity of expectations
  • Conduct site inspections using Field Operations Checklists
  • Maintain detailed daily logs (Macro Plan, Weekly Work Plan, Percent Plan Complete, Constraints Log, Action Log)
  • Monitor costs and ensure operations stay within budget
  • Audit equipment and materials upon delivery
  • Manage issues, risks, and change requests in real time
  • Reinforce a positive, accountable, high-performance jobsite culture
LEAN Process & Continuous Improvement
  • Apply LEAN principles (5S, waste elimination, continuous improvement)
  • Lead initiatives such as "Right the First Time" and "Perfect Teardown"
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement countermeasures
  • Train crews on LEAN standards
  • Analyze performance data and drive efficiency improvements
Safety Leadership
  • Enforce strict adherence to safety guidelines
  • Lead daily safety briefings
  • Ensure proper PPE and training compliance
  • Complete and submit safety documentation and incident reports
  • Collaborate with safety leadership on jobsite safety plans
Post-Event & Cross-Department Support
  • Provide post-event reviews and documentation
  • Support cost estimates for proposals
  • Deliver operational feedback to Manufacturing, Logistics, and leadership
  • Manage multiple priorities simultaneously 
What You Bring
  • 1-3 years of industry and/or project management experience (preferred)
  • College degree (preferred)
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprint drawings
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Experience with Monday.com
  • LEAN experience (highly valued)
  • MS Project and AutoCAD experience (a plus)
  • A drive to meet objectives efficiently in a fast-paced environment
