Operations Manager

A growing hospitality/food service organization is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee logistics, staffing, systems, and operational execution. This role partners closely with culinary and executive leadership to ensure efficient day-to-day operations while supporting continued growth.

Requirements & Qualifications

5โ€“8 years of operations management experience in food service, hospitality, logistics, or multi-site operations

Experience managing logistics, staffing, scheduling, and daily operations

Strong financial, organizational, and project management skills

Preferred Background & Skills

Experience with SOP development and process improvement

Vendor management and compliance experience
