Logistics Manager โ€“ Global Supply Chain & International Trade

A growing international consumer products organization is seeking an experienced Logistics Manager / Specialist to lead global transportation, freight, customs, and trade compliance activities across a complex international supply chain.


This is an opportunity to join a rapidly expanding business and play a critical role in ensuring products move efficiently across international markets while maintaining compliance, controlling costs, and minimizing risk.


What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage international and domestic logistics operations across multiple regions.
  • Coordinate ocean, air, truck, and parcel transportation activities.
  • Partner with freight forwarders, customs brokers, carriers, and third-party logistics providers.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and tariff classifications.
  • Evaluate and optimize shipping strategies, freight costs, and transportation contracts.
  • Analyze logistics performance metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Mitigate transportation risks and resolve supply chain disruptions.
  • Support direct-to-consumer fulfillment operations and distribution activities.
  • Maintain accurate documentation related to shipments, customs, duties, and vendor agreements.


What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of logistics, transportation, or supply chain management experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience with international shipping and import/export operations.
  • Working knowledge of customs regulations, HTS classifications, duties, and tariffs.
  • Experience managing relationships with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and global carriers.
  • Ability to evaluate and negotiate freight contracts and shipping agreements.
  • Experience working within ERP systems and logistics reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


Highly Desired Experience

  • Logistics and import/export operations involving China, Thailand, Mexico, Japan, India, and/or the United States.
  • Consumer products, manufacturing, retail, e-commerce, or distribution environments.
  • Supply Chain or Logistics certifications.
  • Advanced Excel and Power BI reporting experience.
  • Experience supporting rapidly growing organizations with international operations.
