About The Opportunity
ORBIS is seeking a Logistics Analyst to support transportation operations and drive process improvements across our supply chain network. In this role, you will collaborate with manufacturing plants, suppliers, carriers, and cross-functional teams to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and high-performing logistics operations.
You'll play a key role in analyzing transportation data, improving processes, and supporting both day-to-day logistics execution and long-term operational excellence.What You'll Do
In this role, you will:
  • Support daily logistics operations for domestic and international shipments.
  • Partner with plant teams on material planning, inventory management, and material movement.
  • Collaborate with freight forwarders and carriers to resolve operational issues and improve service levels.
  • Analyze freight cost, carrier performance, and service levels to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Develop and report key logistics metrics using TMS reporting tools.
  • Assist with implementation and testing of new processes and system enhancements.
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across logistics, purchasing, finance, supply chain, and operations teams.
  • Provide training to plants, suppliers, and internal users on logistics processes and systems.
  • Support carrier payment processes and logistics reporting activities.

What You Bring
Education & Experience
  • High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in transportation or logistics.
  • Experience with SAP/ERP systems and supply chain software preferred.
