Job description

The Inventory & Logistics Coordinator is responsible for supporting inventory control and logistics activities within a manufacturing environment. This role helps ensure accurate inventory records, timely movement of materials, and efficient coordination of inbound and outbound shipments.
Inventory Control
  • Maintain accurate inventory records within the ERP system.
  • Conduct cycle counts and assist with physical inventory activities.
  • Investigate and report inventory discrepancies for resolution.
  • Process inventory transactions including receipts, transfers, adjustments, and shipments.

Logistics Coordination
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with suppliers, customers, and transportation providers.
  • Prepare shipping documentation including bills of lading and packing slips.
  • Track shipments and communicate status updates.
  • Schedule pickups and deliveries with carriers.

Production and Warehouse Support
  • Coordinate material movement between warehouse and production areas.
