The INVENTORY RECEIVING and ORDERING MANAGER position is a full-time, on-site position. You will work with our fulfillment team, coordinating incoming and outgoing inventory shipments, processing inventory in Point-Of-Sale (POS) database and online e-commerce store, fulfilling e-commerce orders, managing on-line and in-store inventory, reordering and restocking as necessary, and coordinating inventory for shows and events.  Excellent computer skills are a must, and sewing knowledge is a big plus.  Benefit program (health insurance and 401-K matching) available for full-time employees.

A successful candidate will have the following skillset:

1.     Proven supervisory experience

2.     Strong numbers, accuracy, and data entry skills

3.     Prior experience with inventory control, shipping logistics, purchase orders, and POS systems is advantageous

4.     Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office 365)

5.     Strong organizational skills

6.     Ability to do lifting daily, as needed to receive, prepare and ship packages with machines and product

7.     Ability to work well in a group, as well as independently

8.     Work well in a fast-paced and detailed environment

9.     Ability to learn and navigate e-commerce platforms

10.Excellent written and verbal communication / grammar skills required, will be speaking with customers and vendors over the phone and through email
