The Garden is seeking a strategic, hands‑on Inventory Manager to lead inventory operations within one of Ohio's premier cannabis retail organizations. This role oversees the complete inventory lifecycle while developing people, driving operational excellence, and ensuring compliance with Ohio regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead receiving, intake, vault, fulfillment, transfers, recalls, quarantine and destruction.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy of .

  • Conduct daily verifications, weekly cycle counts, and monthly audits.
