Ecolab is seeking a Logistics Associate II to join our team in Glenwood, IL. As a Logistics Associate II, you'll support warehouse operations by receiving, storing, moving, and shipping materials while maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting production needs, and ensuring safe and efficient material flow throughout the facility.

How You'll Make an Impact:

Perform goods receipt transactions in SAP with a high degree of accuracy
Identify discrepancies in quantity, condition, or documentation and communicate these issues promptly with Supervisor or Lead
Create, print, and apply accurate labels for received materials following internal standards
Stage received materials in designated warehouse locations and update SAP inventory accordingly
Support material flow by coordinating with production, quality, customer service, and other internal teams
Offload inbound trucks safely and efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and carts
Verify incoming shipments by comparing packing lists, bills of lading, and supplier documentation against physical product
Assist with outbound logistics as needed, including picking, packing, and palletizing
Load trailers with packed boxes, pallets, and equipment
Follow all warehouse and safety procedures, including 5S standards
Operate material-handling equipment safely and efficiently
Perform additional duties as assigned

Position Details:

Plant Location: Glenwood, IL

Work Week & Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 2 years of warehouse or logistics experience

  • SAP experience, including goods receipt and inventory transactions

  • Forklift operating experience

  • No immigration sponsorship available for this role

Physical Requirements of Position:

  • Regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range

The pay range for this position is $24.74 - $37.11. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
