On-site work location

This is a full-time, permanent position based at Unit 11767 - 186 St NW Edmonton, AB, T5S 2Y2, in a warehouse environment with exposure to dust and dirt. This position offers a consistent Monday-to-Friday schedule, ensuring 40 hours per week with no weekend shifts.

As a Warehouse Administrator, you’re the first line of defence against inventory discrepancies, shipping delays, and documentation errors. By overseeing freight claims, returns, shipment monitoring, and inventory control, you keep our Distribution Centre running efficiently and safely. Your proactive problem-solving and attention to detail ensure that issues are resolved quickly, operations stay on track, and customers get the service they expect.

What to expect in the role

  • Manage supply orders for warehouse/branch locations and custom labels
  • Coordinate incoming freight delivery schedules and process freight claims
  • Monitor shipments and assist branches with timing needs
  • Review and maintain accurate inventory records through audits and reconciliations
  • Liaise with internal teams (Inventory, Purchasing, AP, Head Office) to resolve discrepancies
  • Handle courier deliveries and support customers in-person as needed
  • Compile and publish inventory & statistical data for management
  • Maintain organized filing systems and internal documents to support operations
  • Ensure quality control by documenting and helping resolve recurring issues

Ideal candidate profile

  • 3+ years of administrative experience (warehouse environment preferred)
  • 2+ years of warehouse experience
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office; experience with WMS (Latitude) and ERP (P21) is an asset
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
  • Ability to work well under pressure and through frequent interruptions
  • High School Diploma
