Children’s Therapy Place, Inc. is recruiting for a Clinical Supervisor to lead, support, and grow our Treasure valley DDA team. We are an outpatient pediatric therapy practice with locations in the Treasure Valley and Magic Valley, providing speech, occupational, physical, and mental health services, along with behavioral and developmental support.

The DDA Clinical Supervisor Role
The DDA Clinical Supervisor is responsible for the oversight and supervision of the agency’s service and support functions, including direct, face-to-face supervision of staff providing services. This role works collaboratively with assigned Behavioral Interventionists to support the development, implementation, and ongoing review of service plans to ensure all client needs are effectively met.
Experience / Knowledge / Skills
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have superior problem-solving skills, decision-making skills, and analytical skills to address complex issues that may arise.
  • Must be a talented team-builder, with the intent to foster a positive cultural environment.
  • Must have strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Must demonstrate in-depth domain knowledge of a variety of evidence-based modalities.
  • Must be able to write logically, succinctly, and clinically to complete assessments and reviews through the ability to connect writing with participant advocacy and treatment approaches to ameliorate or reduce maladaptive behaviors.
  • Must demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary environment, including partnership with department managers.
  • Provide 1:1 behavior intervention to clients on an as needed bases.
  • 1 year or more prior experience with Pediatric DDA.
Position Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Service Field, or Bachelor’s Degree in a non-human service related field with 24 minimum upper division semester credits in human services field.
  • Must have completed, or be willing to complete, a 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training course prior to the start date.
  • Must have 1040 hours of supervised experience working as an Intervention Specialist or the equivalent to.
  • Have your own reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and car insurance.
  • A minimum of ten hours of documented training and five hours of supervised experience in completing comprehensive assessments and implementation plans for participants with functional or behavioral needs.
  • Prior supervisor or management experience preferred.
  • Willingness to fill in at Boise and/or Meridian locations as needed.
