Job description

Duties:Develops and maintains program schedules identifying relationships, logic, milestones,and constraints for construction projects of various typesReviews Contractor's Baseline schedule submissions and verifies that all work scope isidentified properly and logically sequenced correctly; provides written detailedschedule review commentsPerforms QA/QC on contractor schedule submittals for conformance with the contract;reviews critical path, cost loading, resource loading of man-hours, schedule content,recovery schedules, use of logic relationships and lags, constraints and milestonesPerforms schedule Time Impact Analysis for any change orders that a????ect theconstruction schedule; conducts schedule negotiations with the project manager andthe contractor for any delay time settlementsReads drawings to determine if work is in or out of scope, and understands terms andconditions of the contract to determine if any compensable or non-compensable timeextensions have meritPerforms Critical Path analysis and Earned Value analysisWalks the construction sites as needed and checks the contractor's weekly/monthlyschedule progress; provides reports to the project and upper management. Effectivelycommunicate with the Contractor regarding all schedule/progress related matters andconcerns in the weekly status meetings and all other schedule related meetingsPerforms Program Schedule QA/QC reviews on a regular basisPerforms status updates for Program Schedules/Master Schedules on a bi-monthlybasisEnsures proper use of Program-level standard codes, layouts and reports necessary toensure data integrityServes as a liaison between project teams, department leadership and the Program &Project Controls departmentPrepare reports as needed and directed by Management                                            Minimum RequirementsRequired Experience:Minimum 10 years full time paid professional experience in Construction Scheduling foran Owner or General ContractorLarge project experience ($300-400M+ project values)Data center or science and tech / pharma experienceGood writing and communication skillsRequired Education:Graduation from a recognized college or university with a bachelor's degree preferablyin architecture, engineering or construction management.Software: Proficiency in Primavera Latest Version and MS Office Suite
