Job description

As our FlexPLM Operations Specialist, you'll investigate and support users within the FlexPLM product development tool and downstream systems. You will manage and maintain product codes, product UPCโ€™s and reports for various Brands. You will support Business requirements while managing and maintaining projects and reporting to keep all teams aligned. You will assist in driving Business rules and system structures. You will generate reports and will be able to correlate data to support various Brands and JR286 transfer of data. You'll maintain product data, including color codes, product codes and UPCโ€™s.

What Youโ€™ll Do:

  • Responsible for the accurate and timely transfer of seasonal product data into the Nike MMX and BrandComply systems
  • Create and maintain accuracy of color codes for all product styles within JR286 brands
  • Reporting, analysis, and auditing of product information within FlexPLM
  • Troubleshoot and provide solutions for FlexPLM system data issues, including downstream systems
  • Assist with planning, monitoring, and managing programs and projects from initiation through to completion
  • Assist with design, configuration, and testing of new system enhancements
  • Train and support FlexPLM users
  • Maintain and develop FlexPLM guidebook and knowledge database, including creation and maintenance of user documentation and internal business website
  • Manage helpdesk tickets across FlexPLM Operations team
  • Provide strong leadership and problem solving for issues that arise
  • Assist daily operations that support and implement current projects
  • Work with cross functional departments to ensure positive business operations functions with the FlexPLM system
  • Other duties as assigned based on projects

What to Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field; in lieu of a Bachelor's degree, a minimum of 4 years relevant experience
  • Relevant work experience, in a data management or reporting role
  • Good communication skills and a positive and friendly demeanor are important
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient with MS Excel at an intermediate level including: being able to utilize pivot tables, functions (logical, mathematical, and text), data filtering, sorting, data validation, conditional formatting)
  • Ability to work in deadline driven environment
  • Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Strong attention to detail and process orientation
  • Experience investigating, capturing and maintaining product data in an information management system or complex database is preferred
  • Prior product experience is preferred
