Job Title: Digital Marketing Speciliast
Possible locations:
  • Portsmouth, NH, USA (Hybrid with 3 days in the Portsmouth office, 2 day work from home)

The Digital Marketing Content Specialist will support the Marketing content and communications team in efforts to shape and execute Loftware's voice, narrative, and communications to drive brand awareness, thought leadership and sales pipeline. The ideal candidate will possess solid written and verbal communication skills, plus experience analyzing response data, with particular emphasis on social media and digital content. You will help to produce internal and external communications materials such as digital content, blogs, webinars, customer stories/case studies, video briefs, newsletters, speaking submissions. You will report to the Director of Content & Communications.
The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in writing and producing content for the enterprise software space.
Duties & Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
  • Obtain an understanding of the Loftware brand and the corporate messaging, as well as important storylines, customer challenges, solution benefits and brand differentiators

  • Drive a strong "digital-first" approach - producing content such as videos/scripts, social reels, podcasts, vlogs, etc.

  • Develop and implement social media plan and reporting aligned to marketing and communications strategy, and create posts/media content to support marketing initiatives

  • Manage company webinar program including briefs, pre-webinar materials and prep, coordinating webinar recordings, and post webinar promotion

  • Contribute to campaign content (e.g. blogs, whitepapers, customer stories, videos, podcasts, webpages).

  • Help to research, develop and distribute customer surveys as needed

  • Other communications support as required, e.g. internal communications and announcements, sharing marketing content company-wide

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required in Marketing, Communications or related field

  • 1-2 years relevant work experience in B2B/tech/SaaS industry

  • Strong written and oral skills

  • Demonstrated ability working within multi-functional teams as a key collaborator

  • Experience developing compelling content (blog, social, reports)

  • Outstanding organizational skills and ability to hit aggressive deadlines

  • Project Management and calendar planning skills

  • LinkedIn, Hootsuite, YouTube experience desired. Familiarity with design and editing software (Adobe Suite, Canva) preferred. Zoom, Teams, Salesforce, Asana, Marketo, Sharepoint experience is a plus.
