Locums Tenens Dentist Opportunity

Serving as a locum tenens dentist with Affordable Dentures & Implants is a truly unique and rewarding experience! Full autonomy over your availability and schedule with the opportunity to travel to practices in your area, across the state, or even the nation. Whether you're filling in for a day, a week, or an ongoing basis, you'll be providing much-needed dental services to those who need it all while keeping your skills fresh and up to date! It's a win win.

  • Healthy work life balance! Monday through Friday workweeks, with no nights, no weekends, and no call
Responsibilities
  • Provide removable prosthetics, including same day in-house immediate and replacement dentures
  • Single and full mouth extraction services, alveoplasty as needed, and other various surgical procedures
  • Denture related services such as relines, rebase, repairs, adjustments, softliners etc.
  • Present treatment plans for new patient consultations
  • Collaborate closely with the on-site removable laboratory team as well as auxiliary support staff
Qualifications
  • DDS or DMD from an accredited US school of dentistry
  • State and DEA licensing in the state you will be practicing
  • Experience and confidence with taking impressions for dentures, surgical extractions, and implant restoration
  • Ability to get along well with others, compassionate patient care, and good chair-side manners

One-day paid working interview is sometimes required before an assignment is given

All hires must complete a criminal background report and NPDB report
