About our Company:

The International Management Team is looking for professional, high-quality individuals to help give experiences that exceed guestsโ€™ expectations.


Job Summary:

We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to assist our guests by making them our number one priority and to oversee general tasks and activities within the Resort.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests and complete check-in and check-out procedures

  • Manage bookings and reservations

  • Assign rooms, verify payment methods, and verify room statuses

  • Handle guest questions and requests

  • Answer and forward phone calls

  • Assist with administrative and clerical tasks

  • Manage documents and maintain the confidentiality of guest and company information

  • Ensure that our lobby is clean and orderly at all times

  • Fill in washing/drying/folding/stocking and prepping linen bags for Housekeeping


Job Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience working as a Resort Receptionist

  • Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills

  • A professional and positive attitude, especially in high-pressure situations

  • A strong attention to detail

  • Basic computer skills


Pay: $17.00 per hour

Available Shifts: 8 a.m. to 12 p.m./8 a.m. to 5 p.m./12 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Saturdays and Sundays are required.

Job Type: Part-Time, Full-Time, In-Office
