A facility near Menifee, CA, is seeking a skilled physician for locum tenens coverage to provide Anatomic and Clinical Pathology services. Join a supportive team in a solo practice environment for a limited-time assignment.

Position Details:
  • Duration: January 20, 2025 January 25, 2025 (with potential for ongoing coverage).
  • Schedule:
    • Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
    • No weekend or after-hours call required.
  • Practice Setting: Inpatient focus with daily volumes averaging 10-15 cases.
    • Heavy focus on small GI biopsies.
    • Approximately 1 cancer case per week.
  • Support System: Access to consulting pathologists located approximately 45 minutes away, with a courier service for case reviews.
Responsibilities:
  • Grossing and cutting frozen sections.
