We specialize in delivering language, training, information technology, cybersecurity, and intelligence support services to U.S. Government and Department of Defense customers worldwide.

Global Dimensions is seeking highly qualified Russian Intelligence Linguist to support intelligence operations at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina.

The Russian Intelligence Linguist provides advanced foreign language interpretation, translation, transcription, and analytical support for Counterintelligence (CI), Human Intelligence (HUMINT), Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT), and other mission-critical intelligence operations. This position supports real-world operational requirements by producing accurate, complete, and timely language products that enable informed decision-making and mission success.

The ideal candidate possesses exceptional Russian language proficiency, an active TS/SCI security clearance, and direct experience supporting intelligence operations within the Department of Defense or Intelligence Community.

Essential Job Functions:

Provide accurate and timely Russian-to-English and English-to-Russian interpretation, translation, and transcription services in support of intelligence operations.

Support Counterintelligence (CI), Human Intelligence (HUMINT), Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), and Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) missions.

Translate and interpret a broad range of materials, including:

  • Legal documents and contracts
  • Treaties and international agreements
  • Technical, scientific, military, economic, and cultural publications
  • Training manuals
  • Court documents
  • Political speeches and position papers
  • Presentation materials
  • Official government correspondence

Extract and analyze actionable intelligence from foreign language source materials to support operational requirements.

Prepare written summaries, reports, and intelligence products from translated materials.

Review and edit translations for accuracy, completeness, terminology, and consistency.

Conduct bilingual text comparisons to verify substantive accuracy across multiple languages.

Provide on-site language support for meetings, conferences, briefings, and operational activities.

Deliver timely, accurate, and mission-focused language products while safeguarding classified information and adhering to all applicable security procedures.

Required Skills:

Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility/access (TS/SCI) required.

Dual citizenship is not permitted.

Candidates must possess the following minimum proficiency levels on the Interagency Language Roundtable (ILR) scale:

  • Russian: Level 3/3
  • English: Level 3/3

Demonstrated experience supporting one or more of the following intelligence disciplines:

  • Counterintelligence (CI)
  • Human Intelligence (HUMINT)
  • Signals Intelligence (SIGINT)
  • Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT)
  • Experience supporting one or more of the following exploitation disciplines:
  • Media Exploitation (MEDEX)
  • Cellular Exploitation (CELLEX)
  • Document and Media Exploitation (DOMEX)

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both Russian and English.

Ability to accurately translate and interpret technical, legal, military, political, scientific, and operational materials.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify, extract, and communicate actionable intelligence from foreign language source materials.

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary intelligence teams.

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality language products.
