Registered Nurse (Obstetrics) - Fort Wayne, IN | Sign-on & Relocation up to $20K

Job Type: Full time.

Shifts: 7pm to 7am.

Healthcare Setting: Medical Centre

Summary:

The Facility is located in Fort Wayne, IN. The facility is looking for candidates who can

· Provide comprehensive care during Labor, delivery, and postpartum periods.

· Monitor maternal and foetal well-being; assist in deliveries.

· Float across OB units (L&D, Postpartum, Antepartum) based on staffing needs.

· Educate and support patients on childbirth, recovery, and newborn care.

Qualification:

· Diploma or ASN/BSN in Nursing required.

· Must have 1+ year of RN experience in the OB.

· Active Indiana RN license and current CPR certification.

· Additional certifications may be required based on unit.
