Job Description Matchwell is hiring Reserve Registered Nurses for Direct Hire for one of our partners in Columbus, IN. See below for full details and benefits. Pay Rate: $60.00/HR - $60.00/HR **Up to $20K Sign-On Bonus

Schedule: Direct-Hire Position Summary: Housed in Nursing Resources/Float Pool and floated to other units based on needs and applicable skills of nurse. Reserve RNs should expect to float to other units to care for patients with similar or lower acuity. Open Reserve RN Positions: Med/Surg positions cover a couple of floors - patients on these units could include those recovering from surgeries, bariatric procedures, and strokes or being treated for other medical conditions as well as post-surgical orthopedics, GYN and urological populations as well as patients recovering from strokes.

Cardiac Step-Down - patients on this unit could include cardiac drips, arrhythmia management, pre-operative preparation for open heart, cardiac catheterization care (before or after open heart) Med/Surg Step-Down - patients on this unit could include respiratory failure with BiPAP, sepsis management, severe electrolyte inbalances, post-surgery management of thoracotomies/VATS, wedge resections, vascular procedures and other surgeries. Intensive Care Unit - patients on this unit could include those recovering from open-heart surgery 1-2 days post, medication drips, intubated patients, titratable drips such as pressers, CRRT. Position requirements: At least 2 years of experience caring for the type of patient/level of acuity of the unit being considered for.

Upon hire, you must have: Associate of Nursing (ASN) or equivalent required; Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) preferred. Indiana Registered Nurse License or Multi-State Registered Nurse License through the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) required. Within 30 days of hire you must have (CRH provides training & time to acquire certification after employment): Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Some positions may require ACLS. This position requires frequent standing, walking, talking and listening and lifting or moving more than 50 lbs. What do you need to do next.
