  • Delivering evidence-based interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), addressing a range of mental health issues.
  • Monitoring and documenting client progress meticulously, ensuring all treatment notes are up to date and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of educators, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive support for clients.
  • Participating in regular team meetings, professional development training, and consultation opportunities to enhance clinical skills and stay updated on best practices.
Patient Population / Client Focus

This role primarily involves working with school-aged children and adolescents facing various challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. As an LCSW, you will focus on fostering a supportive and engaging therapeutic relationship, empowering clients to express themselves and develop coping strategies. You will also liaise with parents and guardians, providing them with resources and education to support their children’s mental health needs.

  • Proficiency in organizational skills, time management, and the ability to manage a caseload effectively.
  • A strong understanding of school systems and resources, as well as familiarity with teletherapy platforms.
Preferred Experience

While not required, candidates with the following experience will stand out:

  • Previous experience providing mental health services within educational or school settings.
