Non-Operative Physician (Internal Medicine / Family Medicine / Neurology / Sports Medicine / PM&R / Non-Operative Orthopedics)

Location: Colorado Springs, CO

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: $250,000 - $400,000 per year + Performance Bonus (Up to $50,000)

An established, physician-led outpatient musculoskeletal and pain management practice is seeking a Board-Certified Physician to join its growing team in Colorado Springs, CO.

This opportunity is ideal for physicians who enjoy evaluating and treating patients with musculoskeletal, orthopedic, spine, neurologic, and chronic pain conditions while working collaboratively with experienced Interventional Pain physicians.

The practice offers an excellent work-life balance, competitive compensation, dedicated clinical support, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients' quality of life through conservative, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat new and established patients with musculoskeletal, spine, orthopedic, neurologic, and chronic pain conditions.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient's clinical needs.

• Perform comprehensive new patient consultations and follow-up visits.

• Complete pre-operative and post-operative evaluations.

• Identify patients who may benefit from interventional pain procedures or surgical consultation.

• Educate patients regarding medication management and alternative pain treatment options.

• Collaborate closely with Interventional Pain physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, and clinical staff.

• Perform office-based procedures, such as trigger point injections, based on training and experience.

Qualifications

Required

• MD or DO

• Board Certified in:

o Internal Medicine

o Family Medicine

o Neurology

o Sports Medicine

o Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R)

o Non-Operative Orthopedics

• Active Colorado Medical License or license eligibility

• Clean medical license with no disciplinary history

• Excellent communication and bedside manner

• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment

Preferred

• Three or more years of clinical experience (training available for the right candidate)

• Experience treating musculoskeletal, orthopedic, spine, or chronic pain conditions

• ACLS Certification

• Interest in learning interventional pain management principles

Schedule

• Monday-Thursday: 8:00 AM-4:00 PM

• Friday: 8:00 AM-12:00 PM

• Four-day workweek may be considered for the right candidate.
