We are seeking compassionate, quick-thinking, and highly organized individuals to join our Emergency Roadside Assistance team. As a Roadside Assistance Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for drivers in distress across Canada - including those stranded on the 400-series highways. Whether it's a flat tire, keys locked inside, or a car that won't start, your role is to provide immediate reassurance and coordinate prompt service dispatch.
Compensation: Starting at $17.60 per hour

What You'll Do:

  • Answer high-volume emergency calls from customers needing immediate roadside assistance.

  • Collect critical information (location, vehicle details, issue) quickly and accurately.

  • Coordinate and dispatch appropriate services (towing, locksmith, battery boost, etc.) across Canada.

  • Remain calm under pressure, especially in high-stress or emergency situations.

  • Deliver empathetic communication that calms anxious or upset customers.

  • Use internal systems to track service provider availability and job progress.

  • Handle multiple calls and tasks simultaneously with efficiency and focus.
