Delaware North Sportservice is searching for a part-time Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, Michigan. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing repairs and the replacement of facility mechanical, cosmetic, and operational equipment.

What will you do?
  • Performs basic repair and maintenance of assigned equipment
  • Performs preventative maintenance on stand, kitchen, and bar equipment
  • Orders parts and maintains inventory
  • Safely operates small power tools and other maintenance tools
  • Completes all paperwork and maintenance log in a timely manner
  • Reviews status of assignments and any follow-up actions with the Manager
  • Performs other duties as assigned
More about you
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory position
  • Experience with machinery, metalworking and locksmith duties
  • Must have a general knowledge of the use of simple equipment used in building trades
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license
  • No college degree required
Physical requirements
  • Manual dexterity sufficient to use hand tools and paint
  • Ability to stand, crouch, and climb ladders to perform repairs
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
