Description:

Belle Haven Country Club located in Alexandria Virginia has excellent opportunities for a full-time maintenance technician. Must be fully knowledgeable in plumbing, electric, HVAC, appliances, lighting and life safety equipment. Must be willing to work weekends and holidays. In exchange we offer comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life/disability plans, free meals, vacation, sick and holiday pay.


  • Assist with maintaining Club, performing minor and routine painting, plumbing, electrical wiring, and other related maintenance activities.
  • Replace air conditioner filters.
  • Tend to boilers, air conditioner, to provide heat, cool air, and hot water for members.
  • Maintain standards of quality member service.
  • Tend to pool area including chemical balancing, cleaning, etc.
  • Scrupulously adhere to all safety standards and preventative maintenance schedules
  • Promptly respond to and resolve work order requests, complaints, or questions in a courteous and timely manner.
