Tired of rain days and low hours/pay? Come work for a maintenance company with work all year round and benefits. We are looking for an experienced handyman/maintenance technician to join our team for the greater Boston area. Individual will be required to perform maintenance tasks that include, but are not limited to; general maintenance, carpentry, drywall, masonry, minor electrical and plumbing repairs, window, door and lock repairs, painting, cleaning, snow removal, landscaping, picking up and delivering supplies, etc...



All members of the team are in a weekly "on-call" rotation to deal with emergencies on evenings and weekends. This position reports to the Director of Maintenance on a daily basis. Applicants must be able to demonstrate a certain level of skill in these areas and be able to perform these tasks in a professional manner.



Qualifications:

Property maintenance: 5+ years (Preferred)

Technical Skills: Proficient in general maintenance tasks, including basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.

Interpersonal: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with residents, management, and contractors.

Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose issues and determine appropriate solutions efficiently.

Physical Requirements: Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs., climbing ladders, and performing tasks that require physical exertion.
