Job description

Kings Island is seeking skilled Property Maintenance Technicians to support the upkeep of park facilities, associate housing, and overall property grounds. This is a full-time position offering a competitive benefits package and opportunities for growth within Kings Island.

 

We are especially looking for candidates who are proficient in door and door lock maintenance. Locksmith experience is a strong plus.


  • Perform general carpentry work and facility maintenance, including framing, drywall, trim, flooring, and finishing repairs
  • Install, repair, and maintain doors, locks, and related hardware across park facilities and housing
  • Troubleshoot and service door systems and locking mechanisms, ensuring proper function and security
  • Repair and maintain building structures, fixtures, and interior/exterior components
  • Complete preventative maintenance and inspections to identify and address issues proactively
  • Respond to maintenance service requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with renovations, construction projects, and seasonal park preparation

  • Experience in facility maintenance, carpentry, or a related trade required
  • Proficiency in door and door lock maintenance required
  • Locksmith experience is a plus
  • Demonstrated experience with door hardware (hinges, closers, panic bars, locksets, etc.)
  • Ability to perform general carpentry work, including framing, drywall, trim, and finish repairs
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in a maintenance environment
