  • Mobile Maintenance Mechanic:

    What this job involves -

    The Maintenance Mechanic supports operation, inspection, and maintenance processes to mechanical, electrical, plumbing and kitchen equipment and systems in assigned facilities. Assists Mobile Engineers (HVAC/R) and Control Systems Technicians in maintenance and repair efforts, as well as independently performing defined tasks.

    What is your day to day?

    • Maintain lighting system bulbs and ballasts

    • Assistthe operations team in the maintenance and repair of building and equipment

    • Generalinterior maintenance- HVAC/R coil cleaning, evaporator coil cleaning, kitchen equipment maintenance (meat grinder,cuber, meat saw, slicers, etc.).

    • Minor plumbing repairs

    • Completes special tasks that include but are not limited to; painting, locksmith work, tenant services requests, and generalmaintenance asassigned.

    • This position requires the employee to be on call for after-hours emergencies.

    • Complies withall policies for the safe storage,usageand disposal of hazardous materials.

    RequiredQualifications:

    • Candidate mustpossessand maintain a valid state driver's license.

    • High school diploma or GED equivalent

    • Successfulcandidate must be a self-motivated individual who can work independently or in a team environment.

    PreferredQualifications:

    • Completion of an applicable technical training program is desirable, have a minimum of one (1) year of applicable working experience in general building repair and maintenance, basic plumbing, and basic electrical.

    • Position requires frequent climbing, bending, kneeling, lifting, and driving.

    • Position requires excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written.

    • Candidatewill be provided with toolsrequiredto perform assigned work scope.

This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Estimated compensation for this position:

27.00 - 31.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
