Job Summary

We're looking for motivated, dependable, and hands-on individuals to join our growing team as Full-Time Locksmith Technicians.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial locks, hardware, and security devices.
  • Respond promptly to emergency lockout and service calls.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot lock and security system issues using specialized locksmith equipment.
  • Rekey locks, repair damaged hardware, and perform lock replacements.
  • Recommend security upgrades based on customers' needs.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Maintain accurate job records and inventory.
  • Keep tools and equipment organized and in good working condition.
  • Work independently while staying in communication with dispatch and team members.
