Compensation: OTE $65,000

Schedule: 40–50 hours/week as needed

As we continue to grow, we're building a larger team and creating systems that allow our technicians to focus on what they do best while our office team handles customer communication, sales, dispatch, and operations. Join a Growing Pittsburgh Locksmith Company

We are looking for a confident, articulate, and motivated Sales & Dispatch Specialist to join our growing locksmith team.

This is an in-office sales and operations role where you'll work directly with customers and technicians to help close service calls, coordinate jobs, handle pricing questions, and keep the operation moving.

Locksmith experience is NOT required. We will train the right person on the locksmith side of the business.

What You'll Do
  • Speak with customers and help close incoming locksmith service calls
  • Dispatch technicians and coordinate their assignments
  • Handle customer questions, objections, and pricing concerns
  • Communicate with technicians while they are on jobs
  • Help determine pricing based on the work being performed
  • Build and communicate job receipts
  • Coordinate parts and supplies when needed
  • Monitor multiple jobs and priorities at the same time
  • Assist with basic office locksmith tasks when needed
  • Help identify opportunities for future commercial accounts
