Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers, addressing their needs and concerns with respect and empathy
  • Answer phone calls in a timely and consistent manner
  • Manage email inboxes and provide online chat support
  • Create jobs, estimates, and quotes for customers
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of product information and pricing
  • Communicate effectively with our Dispatch team and Locksmith technicians
  • Transfer calls when necessary and provide the highest quality of customer service
  • ON SITE POSITION 
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Availability to work morning/afternoon shifts and Saturdays
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office and Google Software
  • Strong multitasking and detail-oriented abilities
  • Professional composure under all circumstances
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the company
  • Spanish language skills are a plus but not required
