You will be the Mechanical Assembly Inspector for the Inspection Team. Our team is responsible for ensuring quality and compliance of mechanical assemblies.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Mechanical Assembly Inspector you will be responsible for performing a variety of inspection operations on mechanical parts and assemblies throughout the product lifecycle.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
  • Conduct inspections of mechanical parts, assemblies, tools, jigs, fixtures, prototypes, training devices, and detail parts.

  • Utilize visual, layout, and conventional measurement techniques and equipment.

  • Verify compliance with manufacturing prototype, production development, and production program specifications.

  • Document inspection results and report non‑conformances.

  • Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for quality enhancements.

Working knowledge of machine parts, tooling section or mechanical assembly inspection
High school degree or equivalent
Must be able to:
Read and interpret Engineering drawings
Use precision measurement equipment
Use computer programs such as Word, Excel, etc.

Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
