Job description

You will be the Quality Supervisor for the Quality Assurance Team. Our team is responsible for ensuring product compliance with specifications and driving continuous improvement across manufacturing processes.


What You Will Be Doing


As the Quality Supervisor you will be responsible for leading a blended workforce of hourly and salaried employees who inspect products to determine compliance with specifications.


Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:



  • Supervising hourly and salaried employees performing product inspections.

  • Coordinating recruitment, selection, and training of subordinate staff.

  • Assessing performance, assigning work, and managing salary and recognition.

  • Administering disciplinary actions and ensuring compliance with company policies.
