Standard Job Description Performs a variety of secretarial and administrative duties for assigned supervisor/manager or senior staff member. Performs normal office functions such as setting up and maintaining alphabetical, numerical and/or subject files; interviewing callers and making proper referrals; arranging meetings and conferences; and receiving, referring, or answering mail. May take and transcribe dictation; uses personal computers and standard desktop software to compose reports, correspondence, and memorandums; reviews drafts and finished documents for appropriate grammatical usage; answers questions relating to office operations and established policies and procedures.

May provide guidance and direction, as needed, to lower-level secretaries and other clerical employees. Basic Qualifications - Good computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office including: Outlook, Excel, Power-point and Word - Experience in managing emails, calendars and schedules - Experience greeting and hosting visitors Desired Skills - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Knowledge of Excel including creation of charts and metrics - Experience with Lockheed Martin administrative systems - Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a diverse team environment. - Effective time management skills, ability to organize and prioritize work assignments, attention to detail - Experience collaborating with team members using tools such as: Microsoft Teams Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $37700.00 - $69900.00 At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics. For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
