Job description

Lockheed Martin Space is seeking a full-time Early Career Electronics Engineer where you will work on the development of a sophisticated state-of-the-art avionics product in a world class Integrated Product Development environment.
Location: This position does not support teleworking; the selected candidate will be located near our Lockheed Martin Space facility in Sunnyvale CA and will be working a flexible 9x80 schedule in the office full-time.

What does this role look like?
In this role supporting THAAD Missile Guidance Navigation and Control Hardware Engineering, you will support the full product lifecycle from Development through Production and Post-Production of one or more GNC products including infrared seeker systems, digital signal processing and control systems, inertial measurement systems, and electromechanical control actuation systems.


Key activities you will accomplish in this role:
Participate in design reviews
Process Engineering Change Requests
Help determine Root Cause and Corrective Actions for Failure Review Boards,
Review supplier technical submissions.


To be effective in this role, you will need:
Prior experience and/or knowledge of analog and digital circuit design, analog and digital circuit analysis, and complex system failure analysis.
1+ years professional experience.
While no clearance is needed to start this position, you will need to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance, thus US Citizenship is required.
