Primary Responsibilities:
- Manages more than one functional area of manufacturing, such as machining, assembly, tool and die, packaging.
- Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.
-Provides direct supervision to non-exempt and exempt employees or subordinate supervisors.
- Acts as a guide and may become actively involved to meet schedules and resolve problems.
- Collaborates internally with subordinates and managers at equivalent or slightly higher levels.
