Job description

You will be the Operations (Industrial) Engineering Asc Manager for the Engineering team. Our team is responsible for delivering innovative industrial engineering solutions that enhance manufacturing efficiency and capacity.


What You Will Be Doing


As the Operations (Industrial) Engineering Asc Manager you will be responsible for leading site capital initiatives, capacity planning, and special projects that drive operational excellence.


Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:



  • Lead and manage site capital projects and capacity planning.

  • Oversee special projects including facility expansion and factory layout design.

  • Develop and analyze MES performance metrics and packaging/handling improvements.

  • Drive performance management initiatives, identify OFIs, and support Lean Six Sigma, SPC, and design of experiments.
