THE WORK
Sikorsky Operations Finance is looking for a highly motivated candidate to join their team. The candidate will be responsible in supporting Sikorsky Operations programs and play a key role in maturing the Operations Finance core processes and be able to turn data into information. The selected candidate must possess strong analytical skills and will support program analysis, forecasting, reporting, and system/process improvements.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Partner with Operations Finance and IT / Data Analytics teams to ensure process improvements, dashboard creation, and digital transformation initiatives drive financial results by presenting clean and clear data analytics.
Ensure delivery of on-time and accurate reporting of Operations cost to support monthly estimate at complete (EAC) tracking.
Provide effective support to Operations & Finance Leadership and respond to financial information requests in a timely and effective manner.
Demonstrated performance on change implementation, continuous improvement / business excellence, and building effective relationships.
Supporting & leading 1LMX product costing & manufacturing earned valued process initiatives
Other Operations Finance tasks as requested or required.
This role reports directly to the Manager of Operations Finance - Product Cost and will be based out of Stratford, CT.
