Job Title: SAP Business Analyst

Job Location: Huntsville, AL (NASA Marshall Space Flight Center)

Job Summary:

CACI’s growing Agile Digital Solutions Operating Group is searching for SAP Business Analyst supporting the modernization and transformation of a large portfolio of enterprise business solutions used by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA). The candidate will be part of a team where complex problem solving, and communication skills are critical to success.

Required:

  • 8 or more years of SAP experience supporting SAP Security in a Public Sector environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management Systems or a related discipline. Equivalent professional experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a NASA Public Trust background investigation

Responsibilities:

  • Document functional gaps, process deltas, requirements, and remediation strategies.
  • Review SAP Simplification Items and advise on impacts to NASA’s business processes.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and S/4HANA standardization.
  • Develop and maintain detailed process maps for “As Is” and “To Be” state.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to validate future-state design and confirm alignment with federal financial standards (USSGL, IPAC, GTAS, Treasury reporting).
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications for configuration, development, and reporting.
  • Coordinate across functional, technical, and security teams to ensure an integrated solution design.
  • Identify S/4HANA changes required for interface remediation, API adoption, and modernization opportunities.
  • Validate end-to-end functional behavior across interfacing systems during testing cycles.
  • Contribute to updates of SOPs, job aids, training content, and end-user documentation to support change management and adoption.
