Job description

Quality Inspector

Performs quality material inspections against kind, count, and condition of parts. Reviews packaging and paperwork to ensure accuracy to contract requirements. Records inspection information via manual data entry into computer-based database. Works under specific direction of Lockheed Martin personnel. Maintains precise inventory records, supports traceability and compliance, and upholds all safety and regulatory standards throughout the handling process. Documents and flags non-conforming material. Mostly part-time position. Hour expectation could very between 15-35 hours but there will be occasions when 40hrs may be available. On site job position, no telecommuting. Candidates local to the Cartersville area or within 30 mile radius preferred. Contractor will report to LM facility in Marietta, GA on first day for onboarding. Thereafter, Contractor will report to CEVA Logistics for daily work: 934 Peeples Valley Rd, Cartersville, GA 30121 Required Skills: Experience with Quality and/or Quality Control required (must be shown in work history) Experience with basic computer functions, MS Office required Previous Military experience desired
